摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare three surgical modalities for intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients. Methods One hundred elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were treated with proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) and dynamic hip screw (DHS) or femoral replacement surgery from January 2003 to January 2011. The operation time, volume of blood loss, postoperative complications, bone healing, Harris score were retrospectively reviewed and compared among three modalities. Results The indicators of operation time, volume of blood loss, postoperative complications, bone healing and Harris score in PFNA group were better than those in other two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion PFNA provides satisfactory results and good internal fixations for intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.关键词
