遗忘型轻度认知损害脑电功率值变化分析
Brain electrical power value in elderly with amnestic mild cognitive impairment

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the application of brain electrical power value (BEPV) in assessment of elderly with amnestic mild cognitive impairment (aMCI). Methods BEPV data were recorded in 28 aMCI individuals, 24 patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD) and 20 healthy elderly individuals (HC). Results The slow waves relative powers on anterior temporal and frontal lobes significantly increased in aMCI group than those in HC group (P<0.05). Compared to aMCI and HC groups, the slow waves absolute(μV2) and relative powers (%) significantly increased in AD group(P<0.05). In addition, relative powers of a and β showed less focalization effect in AD (P<0.05). Conclusion BEPV can make a fine differentiation between aMCI and mild AD. The increased slow waves relative powers on anterior temporal and frontal lobes in aMCI may contribute to distinguishment between aMCI and HC.关键词
