基于视觉化工具库的股骨头坏死图像三维重建及坏死体积测量研究
3D-reconstruction of femoral head images based on VTK and its application in measurement of necrotic volume in femoral head

Abstract
Objective To reconstruct the surface of femoral head by 3D visualization based on 2D contour using visualization toolkit (VTK). Methods The data of digitalized visible human femoral head were captured and the 3D-view of femoral head was reconstructed. A formula was formed to measure the volume and zone of necrosis and the necrosis score was calculated. The volume and zone of necrosis were measured on 30 human femoral head specimens with both pathological method and 3D-reconstruction, the results obtained from computer software were verified. Results The three-dimension structures of femoral head based on VTK were perfectly displayed, the volume and zone of necrosis were accurately measured, there was no significant difference between results obtained from the software and those from pathological measurement. Conclusion The 3D-reconstruction method based on VTK in this study can accurately calculate necrosis score, which will be of value for diagnosis and surgical treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.关键词
