摘要

Abstract

In this paper, a oxyacid salt drilling fluid system is developed based on the agent oxyacid salt that has performances of stong flocculation and inhibition. The experimental results show that density covers from 1.06 g/cm3 to 2.5 g/cm3 with good rheology, if the density is over 2.0 g/cm3, the high density iron ore powder as weighting material is chosen to replace barite. Moreover, the anti-contamination capability is outstanding that the clay content is over 10%, salt content is over 6%,and CaCl2 is 2%, which is of a new environmentally friendly economical drilling fluid system.
