摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA-130a in non-small cell lung cancer and analyze their correlation with clinical parameters. Methods Real-time PCR method was used to examine 100 samples of non-small cell lung cancer. Results The expression of microRNA-130a in non-small cell lung cancer was increased. It' s expression was significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage (P< 0. 05). Multivariate analysis showed the prognosis was statistically correlated with clinical stage.lymph node metastasis and microRNA-130a expression(P< 0. 01). Conclusion microR-NA-130a might play an important role in non-small cell lung cancer and thus be the potential gene therapy target for this cancer.关键词
