中药材芒种花的显微鉴定
Microscopic Identification on Chinese Medicine ＂Mangzhonghua＂（Hypericum patulum Thunb.）

Abstract
Routine methods of pharmacognosy such as the freehand sectioning and chloral hydrate were opplied to investigate the microscopic characters of the leaves and stems of Mangzhonghua.The results show that there are distinct characteristics of the appearance and microscopic structures of the transection and powder.The appearance of the twigs has two longitudinal ridges.The cross sections of the stem are hollow-structured and the leaves have some transparent glands.Both of secretory cavities and calcium oxalate crystals are rich.The stomatal apparatuses on the lower epidermis were of the irregular type.Such major characters could serve as evidences for the identification of the ethnomedicine in the exploitation and utilization.关键词
