Effect of Illumination Intensity and Internal Resistance on Photovoltaic Performance of Solar Cells
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the direct-current equivalent circuit of solar cells,the simulation model of solar cells is established by means of the mathematical function formula of current-voltage under Matlab environment.The effects of solar illumination intensity and internal resistance on the current-voltage characteristics and photovoltaic performance such as short-circuit current,open-circuit voltage,fill factor,output power and energy conversion efficiency were studied.The results demonstrate that the current-voltage characteristics and photovoltaic performance of solar cells are subjected to the illumination intensity and internal series resistance.For the output power curves of solar cells,each curve is nonlinear and possesses a maximum power point and an optimal load resistance.关键词
