滁菊挥发油提取工艺研究
Study on the optimum extraction process for volatile oil in Chuju
摘要
Abstract
Objective： To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil in Chuju.Methods： The experiment was performed with the extraction rate of volatile oil as the index and the grinding degree of Chrysanthemum,the volume of water,the time of immersion,the time of distillation as affecting factors.Results： The primary factor which influenced the extraction rate was grinding degree of Chuju,then it was time of distillation,volume of water and time of immersion.Optimized extraction process was as follows： the grinding degree of Chrysanthemum was 80-100 mesh powder and the grinded Chrysanthemum was soaked in 14 times of water for 10 hours,then distilled for 13 hours.Conclusion： The method is simple and practicable for the extraction of volatile oil in Chuju.关键词
