摘要
Abstract
Thiourea-chitosan-Ni（Ⅱ） complex was prepared and characterized by FT-IR,UV-Vis spectra and XRD methods.Moreover,the interaction between the complex and BSA was studied by ultraviolet spectrum and fluorescence spectrum.The results showed that the fluorescence of BSA was quenched regularly by the complex,which belonged to static fluorescence quenching.The binding constant（KA） and binding sites of complex with BSA at room temperature were 3.98×106 L/mol and 1.43,respectively.关键词
