高速电主轴转子—轴承系统动态特性分析
Analysis of Dynamic Characteristics of Rotor-bearing System of High Speed Spindle

Abstract
Based on the quasi-static mechanics model of rolling bearing, a simplified method to solve the dynamics equation of the bearing was proposed by choosing the contact angle as the initial variable. The support stiffness of the bearing was derived, and the internal and external factors affecting the support stiffness were analyzed. A simplified model of the rotor-bearing system for a high speed spindle including the effects of the variable support stiffness was established. Finite element method was used for the solution of the model, and the first order and the second order natural frequencies of the high-speed spindle with different rotation speeds and axial preloads were obtained. Finally, a static hammering test of the spindle was conducted. The experimental results and the theoretical results were found to be in agreement essentially. This, the correctness of this analysis method was verified.关键词
