门式起重机动态及灵敏度分析
Dynamic Characteristics and Sensitivity Analysis of Gantry Crane
摘要
Abstract
The global and local vibration of gantry crane will occur when it is working. To assure the driver's comfort and security as well as the duration of the crane, analysis of the dynamic rigidity of the crane is necessary. In this paper, the ANSYS software was utilized for modal analysis of the crane under practical restriction, and its inherent frequencies under fully loaded condition were, obtained. Finally, the weakness of the crane structure was found by the sensitivity analysis of dynamic characteristics, and the improvement measures were put forward. This work provides a reference for dynamic analysis and optimization design for crane structures.关键词
