摘要

Abstract

The principle and relative parameters of VD refining furnace's vacuum system are introduced. Aiming at the problems that the working vacuum degree of VD refining furnace's vacuum system is too low and its pumpdown time is too long, the fault causation was analyzed. It was found that the fault causation is the hy-drops, dust stratification and leakage in the vacuum system, and the influence of depression and temperature caused by condensate water. Therefore, the measures of draining off water, removing dust, and adjusting depression and temperature of condensate water were taken. The practical productin demonstrates that the stability of the vacuum system of VD refining furnace and the product quality have been improved by the measures, and the failure rate has been decreased by 80%.
