Abstract
According to the common invalidation phenomena occurring to forging manipulator nippling lever rotation gear box and its actual working status, the change of the torsion during the running of the gear box was simulated with ADAMAS software, and the operating techniques and overloading factors was analyzed. The reason of the nippling lever rotation gear box invalidation in working process is discussed. Some advice on parameters' rational choice, standardization of operating process and overloading protection are given.关键词
