摘要

Abstract

Cold heading machine in low production efficiency, large power consumption. Aiming at this problem, based on the ARM LPC2103 cold heading machine intelligent automation control system design scheme was proposed , the scheme of using frequency converter to realize the change of cold heading machine mechanical transmission system in the case of transformation is the frequency conversion, and displayed through the display screen parts processing quantity display operation, improving the production efficiency of equipment and automation level, has been successfully applied to the bolt production line.
