摘要

Abstract

The precision of PMSM servo control system is influenced not only by the accuracy of the motor parameters but also by the change of the load torque. In order to achieve high dynamic response characters of servo systems, it is necessary to identify the mechanical parameters of the motor and to complete feedforward compensation with load torque. Considered load torque and disturbance torque as a whole which is renamed as disturbance load torque, and then estimate the value of disturbance load torque with states observer. After that, it adapts an integration identification method to identify moment of inertia, using the value of disturbance load torque. Both simulation and experiment demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were proposed.
