莱菔子素对人肝细胞Ⅱ相代谢酶的作用研究
Induction of Phase Ⅱ Metabolic Enzymes by Sulforaphene in Human Immortalized Hepatocytes
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of sulforaphene on phase II metabolic enzymes expressions in human immortalized hepatocytes ( HHL - 5 cells). Methods: MTT assay was used to test the cytotoxicity of sulforaphene. HO -1 and TrxR expressions were detected by western blot analysis. Results: Sulforaphene promoted HHL -5 cells growth at 5μmol/L and inhibited cells growth at 10 - 100μmol/L. Moreover, HO - 1 and TrxR proteins were up -regulated in a dose - dependent manner at 24h. Conclusion; Sulforaphene can induce the expressions of HO -1 and TrxR proteins, which are attributed to the detoxification functions of chemical carcinogen.关键词
