摘要
Abstract
Objective; To observe the effect of extracts from Waternut Herb on cytokines of AD rats induced by Aβ1-40 and study the application value of extracts from Waternut Herb on the preventive effect of AD. Methods: Healthy Wister rats were randomly divided into six groups; control group, sham group , model group, water extraction group, alcohol group and control group. Rats were administrated from the 7th after modeling, collecting blood and brain after continuous administration of 21 days. Results:Levels of IL - 1β, IL -6 and TNF - α were significantly increased when water extraction group and alcohol group compared with control group and model group, especially the role of alcohol group was significant. Conclusion: The extracts from Waternut Herb can adjust levels of IL -1β, IL - 6 and TNF - α of AD rats in blood and brain tissue and reduce the neuronal damage in brain tissue induced by the toxic effects of Aβ, thus it plays a role in prevention and treatment of AD.关键词
