MTT法检测没食子酸对两种细胞的体外毒性
Determination of Gallic Acid on In - vitro Toxicity of Two Kinds of Cells by MTT

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the toxicity of anti - tumor monomer gallic acid ( GA) on normal human hepacocyte strain LO2 and hepatocarcinoma cell strain SMMC -7721 cultivated in vitro. Methods; MTT experiment was adopted to analyze the inhibitory effects of GA on the proliferation of LO2 and SMMC - 7721. Results: Medication groups respectively presented different degrees of proliferation inhibition after GA acted on 24h, 48h, and 72h. Conclusion; Anti - tumor monomer GA has certain toxicity on both cells LO2 and SMMC -7721, manifesting proliferation inhibitory effects, namely the inhibition on LO2 is stronger than that on SMMC -7721 at the early action (24h) while on SMMC -7721 cell injury significantly more than on the proliferation of LO2 after continuous action (48h, 72h).关键词
