摘要
Abstract
The paper reviews the medical journals on Shuanghuanglian powder injection in the recent years and summarizes them. Up to date, most of chemical compositions found are flavonoid, organic acid, essential oil, terpenoid and etc. The pharmacal researches show that it can antagonize bacteria and viruses, and can be anticatarrhal, adjust immune function and so on. The methods of determination are HPLC, TLCS, HPCE, Fingerprint and etc. As a typical representative of TCM injections, lack of unified and effective quality control measure is the main reason for limiting its application and development. Establish a high effective quality control system and promote the combination of chemical and drug susceptibility test, then it can be more conducive to serve clinical application.关键词
