Influences of Alloying Elements on the Microstructure and Properties of Mg-Li Alloys
摘要
Abstract
Alloying can increase the comprehensive mechanical properties of Mg-Li alloy with grain refinement. The corrosion resistance and thermal stability are also improved. In the paper, the effects of Al, Zn, alkaline earth metal elements and rare earth elements on microstructures and properties of Mg-Li alloy were summarized in detail. In general, the strength of Mg-Li alloy is increased through solution strengthening of Al and Zn as well as fine-grain strengthening of alkaline earth metal elements, while the comprehensive mechanical properties of Mg-Li alloy are increased through fine-grain strengthening and second phase strengthening of rare earth elements. The existent problem and development trend are also pointed out.关键词
