Abstract
The K414 superalloy was melted with three kinds of revert proportion (30%, 50% and 70%) , the chemical composition, mechanical properties and microstructure were investigated. The results show that: with the increase of revert proportion, C, S content in superalloy decreased, O content changed little, and N, Si content increased. Fine slag in the superalloy can act as nucleation particles during solidification, improving the nucleation rate of the solidification process with revert proportion increasing. The superalloys instantaneous strength, plasticity and impact toughness increased at room temperature. The creep life margin of superalloy was large with different proportion revert alloy at 600℃, 590 Mpa, which can meet the technical requirements for superalloy. Under the condition of 600℃ with the revert proportion increase, high temperature instantaneous strength changed little, elongation decreased slightly. Revert alloys and fresh superalloy had no difference in morphology, with revert proportion increasing, carbides reduced slightly, carbide size increased slightly, but there was no obvious change in grain boundary.关键词
