摘要

Abstract

The treatment technology of cupola slag was improved in order to save energy and decrease consumption, reduce casting cost and improve work environment. The water-flushing granulating technology, which is high consumption of water and electricity, high failure rate of equipment system, environmental pollution, complex operation, was replaced by new catching liquid-slag technology. The new technology is easy operation, saving water and electricity, and avoiding water vapor and harmful gas. It is characterized with energy saving and consumption reduction, and friendly work environment.
