Abstract
Bone mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have become a research hotspot in regenerative medicine and immunology, owing to its multi -directional differentiation potential, low immunogenicity and immunomodulatory during allografting. Allogeneic BMSCs (allo-BMSCs) have been shown a positive role in regenerative medicine, tissue engineering and immunoregulation, but there are still some problems to be solved before its clinical application. The Immunological Characteristics and Allogeneic Application of Bone Mesenchymal Stem Cells were reviewed.关键词
