抗菌肽对辣椒青枯病菌的抗性研究
Reserach on Resistance of Antibacterial Peptides Against Ralstonia solanacearum of Pepper
摘要
Abstract
Research on hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)content and polyphenol oxidase (PPO)activity were conducted in the paper, and these antibacterial peptides pepper inoculated with Ralstonia solanacearum.The results showed that the content of H2O2 sharply increased at 12 h, control and cecropin plant had the similar change tendency,but the change amplitude had differences among plants.Cecropin plants' PPO activity significantly decreased at 12 h.It suggested that antibacterial peptides pepper have strong resistance to Ralstonia solanacearum.关键词
