Comparative Study on Vc Contents of Green Vegetables Between Greenhouse and Open Field

Abstract
During the spot check for green foods and their production environment,the paper determined the Vc contents of vegetables cultivated in the green house and open field. The results showed that Vc concentrations were higher in open field products than that in the greenhouse.关键词
