摘要
Abstract
This article explored and how to establish organic quality safety management and traceability system. When the organic citrus production and processing half-way operation or the final product went against the guidelines, the irregularities of the reasons could be searched for at the fastest speed in the shortest possible time. It could recall the amount of cargo down to the smallest, reduce losses, and ensure the quality safety of organic citrus.关键词
