Research Advances in the Application of Molecular Markers in the Genetic Breeding of Orchid
摘要
Abstract
This paper reviews the basic principle and main characteristics of several molecular markers, including RFLP, RAPD, SCAR, IS-SR, SRAP, AFLP and SSR, then introduced the research status and advances of these molecular markers in the genetic breeding of orchids from genetic diversity, genetic relationship, germplasm resources appraisal, construction of genetic map and assisted selection breeding, and finally forecasted the future of molecular markers research.关键词
