Abstract
[ Objective] To research on the oxidation resistance of total flavonoids from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE. [ Method] Total fla-vonoids were extracted from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE by ethanol extraction. The oxidation resistance of total flavonoids was detected by Oven Method; the scavenging effect on hydroxy was detected by H2O2/Fe2+ system method; the scavenging effect on superoxide anion was detected by pyrogallol autoxidation method. [Result] Extracts from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE showed significant inhibitory effects on the oxidation of lard oil; the scavenging rates on hydroxyl and free radical reached 52.59% and 17. 12% .respectively. [Conclusion] total flavonoids had significant antioxidant ability, hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and superoxide anion scavenging activity.关键词
