摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] To optimize the extract technology of polysaccharides from Dendrobium huoskanense. [ Method] Effects of solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and ultrasonic power on the extraction rate of polysaccharides from D. huoskanense were studied by response surface method. [Result] The optimal extraction condition was as follows: 1:10 (g/ml) solid-liquid ratio, 30 min extraction lime, and 250 W ultrasonic power. Under this condition, the extraction rate of polysaccharides from D. huoshanense reached 28. 02% . [ Conclusion ] this method optimized the ultrasonic assisted extraction of polysaccharides from D. huoshanense, which provided references for the development and utilization of polysaccharides in D. huoshanense.
