基于星点试验设计法的牡丹皮中丹皮酚的提取研究
Extraction of Paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN Based on Central Composite Design

Abstract
[ Objective] To optimize the test parameters for the extraction of paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN by distillation melhod. [ Method] With paeonol yield as the index, the water addition amount, soaking time and the volume of distilled solution were taken as the investigated factors. Process parameters were optimized and analyzed by design expert7.05 data processing system. [ Result] The optimal extraction condition was as follows; 94 ml water addition amount, 165 min soaking time, and 300 ml distilled solution. Under this condition, the yield of paeonol reached 0.8209 g. [ Conclusion] Central composite design( CCD) was simple and predictable and could be used for the optimization of extraction parameters of paeonol from CORTEX MOUTAN.关键词
