摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] To establish the determination method for flavonoids content in Basella rubra L. fruits. [ Method] With rutin as the reference substance, chromatographic column was Eclipse Zorbax XDB-C18(4.6 mm x 150 mm,5 μm) ; mobile phase was anhydrous metha-nol-water (V/V ,55 ;45) ,flow rale was 0. 8 ml/min; delection wavelength was 358 ntn; column temperature was room temperature. [ Result] Under the chromatographic conditions, regression equation of rutin standard curve was Y = 20.889X - 17. 147 ( R2 = 0.9982). Linear regression was good between the concentratian of 2.00 and 40. 0 μg/ml. The average recovery rate was greater than 96% and RSD was smaller than 2.0%. Flavonoids content in B. rubra fruits, was 179.0 μg/g by this method. [Conclusion] This method was simple,rapid,efficient, re-peatable,accurate and reliable,and was suitable for the content determination of flavonoids in B. rubra fruits.
