苗药铁筷子挥发油镇痛作用及急性毒性研究
The Analgesic Effect and Acute Toxicity of Essential Oll from Chimonanthus praecox
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the analgesic effects and acute toxicily of essential all from Chimonanihus praecox. [Method] The analgesic effects of essential oil were tested by hot-plates test, twisting body lest, and the modified Karbems method was used to evaluate LD50. [ Result] The essential oil from Chimonanihus praecox could significantly reduce the times of twisting body induced by acetic acid, and greatly improve the pain threshold of hot-plate in mice. LD50 of essential oil from Chimonanthus praecox was 8. 50 ml/kg, 95% confidence interval was 7.20 -10 ml/kg. [Conclusion] The essential oil from Chimonanthus praecox showed significant analgesic effects and had relatively low toxicity关键词
