摘要

Abstract

[ Objective ] To study the extraction conditions for proeyanidine from Rhodiola rosea. [ Method ] Effects of solid-liquid ratio, ethanol concentration,extraction lime and extraction temperature on the extraction rate of procyanidine were studied by single factor lest, the optimal extraction condition for proeyanidins from R. rosea was obtained by L9(34) orthogonal test. [ Result] The influence degree of factors on the extraction rate of procyanidine was in the order of ethanol concentration (B) > solid-liquid ratio( A) > extraction tempemture(C) > extraction time(D).The optimal extraction condition was as follows;1:40( g/ml)solid-liquid ratio,60% ethanol concentration,50 ℃ extraction temperature and 30 min extraction time. Under this condition, the extraction rate of procyanidins from R. rosea was 11. 26% . [ Conclusion] The optimal condition was obtained for the ultrasonic assisted extraction of procyanidine from R. rosea, which provided references for the development and u-tilization of R. rosea.
