Synthesis of 2-(4- Nitrylphenyl) Benzimidazole
摘要
Abstract
The easy way for para-nitrobenzaldehyde and o-phenylenediamine to be directly synthesized into 2-(4-nitrylphenyi) benzimidazole was studied, and the structure of target product was analyzed by melting point detector, elementary analyzer and infrared spectrum. As indicated by the results, when the molar ratio of o-phenylenediamine to para-nitrobenzaldehyde was 1:1.4, the reaction time was 3 h, and the temperature was 65℃, the yield of products could reach 70. 14%. The experiment was repeated under the same conditions, the yield was above 70.0%. The products obtained through this method had the advantages of good color, easy posttreatment and little corrosion to equipment, proving that the method had high application value.关键词
