3种蜜蜂巢脾抗氧化活性的比较研究
Comparison Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Three Kinds of Honeycomb
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] The research aimed to analyze the scavenging effects of three kinds of honeycomb and compare their antioxidant activities. [ Method ] Using old and new honeycomb of Apis mellifera, old honeycomb of Apis cerana as research objects, the scavenging effects of different kinds of honeycomb on DPPH · , · OH and O2- free radicals were sludied by DPPH · method,phenanthroline colorimetry and pyro-gallol autoxidation method. [Result] Three kinds of honeycomb at the same concentration had better scavenging effects on DPPH · and · OH and relatively weaker scavenging effects un O2-. The scavenging effects increased with the rise of honeycomb mass concentration. Among three kinds of honeycomb, the scavenging effects of old honeycomb of Apis inellifera on free radicals were better Irian the new and old honeycomb of Apis cerana. [Conclusion] Honeycomb had obvious antioxidant activity, and water extract and alcohol extract from old honeycomb were both good natural free radical scavengers.关键词
