林业低碳竞争力指标体系的构建及实证评价——以西南地区5省市为例
Construction of Index System for Forestry Low-carbon Competitiveness and Its Empirical Evaluation
摘要
Abstract
Baaed on the construclion of index system for forestry low-carbon competitiveness, an empirical evaluation for southwest region was carried out by using factor analysis. The results showed thai the rank order of forestry low-carbon comprehensive competitiveness in southwest region in 2010 is Chongqing, Sichuan, Yunnan, Guizhou and Tibel. Several suggestions were proposed to enhance the competitiveness, including speed up the adjustment of forestry industrial structure, transform forestry economic growth pattern; emphasis on forestry science and technology work, strive to enhance the level of forestry science and technology; pay attention to forestry classification management, fully tap the forestry carbon sequestration potential.关键词
