摘要
Abstract
[ Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of microwave on tobacco tissue and structure. [ Method] Tobacco micrastruc-ture was ohserved by scanning electron microscope ( SEM) after tobacco was treated by microwave of different powers. [ Result ] Inner structure of tobacco was expanded effectively by microwave. Tobacco expansion rose as microwave power increasing while it was below 0.6 W/g. And tobacco expansion kept constant approximately while microwave power was above 0. 6 W/g. Moreover, microwave could result in tobacco tissue and structure destroyed, such as fiber bundle in vessel to varying extents, and then combustion properties of tobacco were changed. [ Conclusion ] The research could provide the basis for the optimization of the technology and processing condition of microwave treatment in tobacco production.关键词
