氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法同时测定食品中的砷锑铋硒
Determination of As, Sb, Bi and Se in Food by Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry (HG-AFS)
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To accurately determine the As, Pb, Bi and Se contents in food. [ Method] The samples were diasolved in nitric acid + perchloric acid (4 + 1). Under the optimized experimental conditions and instrument parameters, the As, Sb, Bi and Se in food were determined by using the hydride generation-double channel atomic fluorescence spectrometry melhod. [ Result] The detention limits of the four elements could satisfy the determination of food, the method was proved to be accurate and reliable through the determination of national standard substances and the added recovery test. [Conclusion] The method reduced the reagent consumption, decreased the labor intensity and improved the analytic efficiency.关键词
