我国土地政策参与宏观调控绩效评价
The Appraisal of Land Policies' Performance to Regulate Macro-economy in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the goal of land policies affecting macro-regulation and control, this paper constructed the comprehensive appraisal index system, land policies' performance to regulate macro-economy in China were evaluated. The appraisal results show that the overall performance of economic growth regulation is good, but problems in affordable housing and medium and small apartment land are serious; the overall performance in price stability is good, and structural problem is the main problem for high housing prices. Land policies do not good to employment. Finally, this paper puts forward the further recommendations of land policies, which include : adjust the quantities and ways of land supply, contain the real estate speculation, guide the reasonable housing consumption, promote employment rate and widen the channel of fiscal revenue.关键词
