Theoretical Basis of the Direct Subsidies to Grain Production
摘要
Abstract
According to the agricultural basis theory, agricultural multi-functional theory, and the theories of economic externality and public finance, the rationality and necessity of the direct subsidies to grain production were analyzed based on the basic, multi-functional and external characteristics of grain production and the particularity of grain supply. It was pointed out that the grain safety concerns national security, and the basic functions of the public finance of aervice-oriented government.关键词
