摘要
Abstract
The human resources slock in Hebei Province is studied by using the method of the simplified coefficient of labor force put forward by Zhao Qiucheng in 2000. The results show that the human resources in Hebei Province are still in the stage of high quantity but low quality, and the human capital in the human resources mainly forms in the secondary education after the compulsory education stage, but the advantages of higher education has not yet played out in the formation of human capital.关键词
