摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study response mechanism in view of UV spectroscopy technique. [ Method] A novel solvent polymeric membrane electrode based on complexes of nickel (Ⅱ) was described, which exhibited excellent selectivity and sensitivity towards salicy-late ion. [Result]The electrode containing N,N'-bis-(biphenyl ketone)-thiosemicarbazo ane nickel (Ⅱ) had a near Nemstian potentiometric response from 5.9 × 10 -5 - 1.0×10-1 mol/L with a detection limit 8.2×10-5 mol/L and a slope of -55.9 mV/dec in pH 5.0 of phosphorate buffer solution at 25℃.The selectivity sequence observed was Sal- >ClO4- >SCN- >I- >NO2- > Br- >NO3- >Cl- >SO32-. [Conclusion] The ion-selective electrode has simple structure, simple handled, wide potentiometric response range, highly sensitive, It has a certain application prospects in the medical and environmental monitoring.
