台湾金线莲丛生芽的诱导与增殖研究
Study on Shoot Induction and Cultivation Techniques of Anoectochilus formosanus
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study the shoot induction and cultivation techniques of Anoectochilus formosanus. [Method] Using the Anoectochilus formosanus aseptic seedling as material,the effects of different explants and mediums,different hormone combination and concentration, different inoculum density on the shoot induction were studied. [ Result] The appropriate explant of Anoectochilus formosanus for shoot inducting was the base of stem,the best hormone combination was 2.0 mg/L 6-BA + 1.0 mg/L NAA,the best inoculum density was 8-10 explants each glass. [Conclusion ] It prepared the ground for the industrial seedling and mass production of Arwectochilus formosanus.关键词
