Abstract
Two commonly used techniques of introducing exogenous total DNA into plant directly were introduced ,which were pollen - tube pathway method and ion beam implantation method.The establishment,development and application achievements of the two techniques were introduced from their principles and methods,development and application,mechanism and verification,problems and prospect.关键词
