摘要
Abstract
The key to establish an agrobacterium-mediated high efficient genetic transformation system is to optimize the factors of transforming T-DNA into plant,including the factors of explant,strains,infection,co-culture conditions and so on.This paper stated the role factors in agrobacterium-mediated plant genetic transformation in details,in order to provide theoretical basis for the practical operation.关键词
