摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of soaking temperature and soaking time on germination of Allium macrostemon Bunge seeds, and confirm its suitable germination temperature and time. [Method] The common culture dish was used to culture Allium mac-rostemon Bunge seeds. They were soaked 40 min in distilled water under 8, 14, 22, and 26 ℃ in soaking temperature test, and soaked 20, 30, 40, SO, and 60 min under 22℃ in soaking time test, no soaking seeds were chose as control. [Method] The key factor of influencing germination of Allium macrostemon Bunge seeds was temperature. The temperature of 14℃ was in favor of Allium macrostemon Bunge seeds germination , while less than or more than 14℃ were not in favor. Soaking 20 min in distilled water could all improved Allium macrostemon Bunge seeds germination rate, and it was the highest when soaking time was 40 min. [Conclusion] Allium macrostemon Bunge seeds germination rate is the biggest when it is soaking 40 min in distilled water under 14℃.
