烟台翠雀种子形态特征及萌发特性研究
Study of Morphological Characteristics and Germination Traits of Delphinium chefoense Franch Seeds
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to study morphological characteristics and germination traits of an endemic specie of Shandong Delphinium chefoense Franch seeds. [Method] Delphinium chefoense Franch Franch seeds'aize and 1000 - grain weight, and germination vigor and germination rate under different treatments were determined. [Result] The optimum germination temperature of Delphinium chefoense Franch Franch seeds was 15 ℃, and the germination rate was 65.33%. The best soaking temperalure was 50℃, and the germination rate was 79.33%. GA3 made the seeds a higher germination percentage, and the germination rate could reach 85.33% when GA3 concentration was 250 mg/L. [Conclusion] The study provides a scientific basis for introduction, domestication, resources protection and extension and application in a large scale of Delphinium chefoense Franch.关键词
