The Expression of GTL2 Gene in Bovine Tissues by RT-PCR
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to determine the expression of GTL2 gene in bovine. [ Method] The expression of GTL2 gene in heart,liver, spleen,lung,kidney and brain of bovine was analyzed by RT-PCR. [ Result] The results showed that the GTL2 gene was expressed in the six tissues, and the expression levels were not significant. [Conclusion] The study lays a foundation for researching the regulation function of the GTL2 gene in bovine tissues.关键词
