摘要

Abstract

[Objective] The aim was to study the control effects of the complex formulation of thifluzamide and tebuconazole on rice sheath blight. [ Method ] The toxicity of the complex formulation of thifluzamide and tebuconazole on Rhizoctonia solani was determined by mycelial growth method and the field trials were performed. [ Result]The results showed that the EC50 for thifluzamide and tebuconazole in inhibiting mycelial growth of R. solani were 0.139 3 and 0.135 6 μg/ml, respectively. The toxicities of these reagents were similar. The synergistic factors ranged from 0. 8283 to 2. 535 0, indicating obvious synergistic effect. The Geld trials showed that 225 - 375 g/hm2 complex formulation provided 88.04% - 97.61 % control efficacy based on the synergistic factors, higher than that of the single reagent. [ Conclusion ] The complex formulation of thifluzamide and tebuconazole with 5-1 had good control effects on rice sheath blight.
