齿瓣石斛提取物体外抗菌作用初步研究
Preliminary Study on the Antibacterial Effect of Dendrobium devonianum Paxt.Extracts in vitro
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the antibacterial activity of the methanol extract and water extracts from Dendrobium devonianum Paxt.. [ Method ] The test tube dilution method was adopted to determine the minimal inhihitory concentrations ( MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentrations (MBC) of the methanol and water extracts on 11 strains of common clinical bacteria, and the bacteriostatic effects of the extracts were detected. [Result] The two extracts showed different bacteriostatic effects on seven strains of bacteria in vitro, strong barterioatatic effects were shown on staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus albus, insignificant bacteriostatic effects were shown on Shigella dysenteriae,Salmonella typhi, Salmonella paratyphi A and Salmonella paratyphi B. The bacteriostatic effects of the methanol extract were stronger than that of the water extract. [Conclusion] The methanoi extract and water extract from Dendrobium devonianum Paxt. were shown to have strong antibacterial effects on the tested bacteria.关键词
